About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wholeness Index platform, operated by Pathfinder Educational Limited (registered in England and Wales), trading as Sterizo Research Group. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

If you are using the platform as part of a coach-deployed engagement, these terms apply to you as an individual user. Your coach or organisation may have separate terms governing their use of the practitioner portal.

The service

The Wholeness Index is a psychometric assessment and development platform. It provides:

• The Rapid Classifier — a 15-item screening instrument
• The Full Trapezium Assessment — an 88-item psychometric instrument
• Development platform access including results, pathway recommendations, and progress tracking
• Practitioner portal for coaches and organisations deploying the instrument to cohorts

The Wholeness Index is a development tool, not a clinical or diagnostic instrument. It is not a substitute for professional psychological assessment, therapy, or medical advice.

Account and access

Access to the platform requires authentication via a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Paid access is granted to the individual who completes the purchase. Access is non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.

Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed the full assessment. Once the full assessment has been completed and your results delivered, the purchase is non-refundable. To request a refund, contact [email protected].

Coaching bundle sessions, once scheduled and confirmed, are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with 48 hours notice.

Intellectual property

The Wholeness Index instrument, the Trapezium Model, the Sterizo Archetype Engine, and all associated frameworks, content, and software are the intellectual property of Pathfinder Educational Limited and Sterizo Research Group.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the instrument or platform without prior written permission.

Your personal results are your own. You may share them freely. We may use anonymised, aggregated data from assessments for research purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the assessment instrument
• Complete the assessment on behalf of another person
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or results
• Misrepresent your assessment results to third parties

Limitation of liability

The Wholeness Index is provided in good faith as a development tool. Pathfinder Educational Limited makes no warranty that results will produce specific career, business, or personal outcomes. Development is a process — results depend on the individual's effort, consistency, and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathfinder Educational Limited's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
