What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit — such as whether you are signed in — and enable core functionality.
We use a minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Cookies we use
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-access-token | Supabase authentication session — keeps you signed in | 1 hour | Essential |
| sb-refresh-token | Supabase session refresh — maintains your session without re-authenticating | 7 days | Essential |
| coachSession | Coach portal authentication (localStorage) — keeps coach signed in to practitioner portal | Session | Essential |
| coachProfile | Coach profile data (localStorage) — stores coach name and role for display | Session | Essential |
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare bot management — protects the site from automated abuse | 30 minutes | Essential |
All cookies we use are essential — they are necessary for the platform to function. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Assessment progress storage
When you begin an assessment, your progress is saved to your browser's localStorage. This is not a cookie — it is local browser storage that never leaves your device. It allows you to pause and return to the assessment without losing your answers. This data is cleared when you complete or reset the assessment.
Third-party cookies
Stripe — if you proceed to payment, Stripe will set cookies on their payment pages to enable fraud detection and session management. These are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Cloudflare — as our CDN and security provider, Cloudflare sets a bot management cookie (__cf_bm) on all pages. This is an essential security measure.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or tracking technologies.
Managing cookies
Because all cookies we use are essential for the platform to function, disabling them will prevent sign-in and assessment functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser settings — most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies.
To delete your session and sign out, use the sign-out button within the platform. To request deletion of all your data, contact [email protected].
